Gangaji
I post this as i do all videos in the knowing that someone somewhere will find it helpful even maybe life changing. I will avoid wasting lines of text on Gangaji, if you are ready for her, she will be like a breath of fresh air and will confirm what you already know as true, if you are not you will stop watching in seconds uninspired. The truth is within us all, but seldom do we discover it without a signpost that points back to ourselves. Could Gangaji be such a signpost for you?
‘The absurd notion of one’
As I go around the country showing, selling and talking about my Visionary art, I like to infuse people to find out about as many different spiritual and philosophical subjects as possible. One of the people i recommend checking out is Author Timothy Freke, I did post something on him in earlier blogs but i thought i would mention his name again for lots of reasons.

Oneness
‘We are One’ by Me (Tony Pinfold)

When we view the world from a general perspective it would seem the notion of Oneness, that is everyone and everything is interconnected, is far from being expressed. Many in the western World are born into a state of separation from each other, the Planet, the Universe and even their Gods.
It is without a doubt that the theory of "We Are One" may be hard to grasp especially when viewed at ground level. By simply expanding our view to a universal perspective, it becomes obvious that the concept of separation is truly flawed. No matter our supposed status on Earth, many times a day our very survival depends totally on others for water, food, shelter, power, protection and even health care. Sadly most choose to over look the fact that we are totally reliant on people we’ve never even met. By simply branding ourselves the human ‘race’, we subconsciously suggest that we are in competition with each other; this fundamental notion breeds discontent and damages nature’s perfect balance of co-dependency.
It is evident that despite our many miss guided notions, wars and differences we do generally work as a united unit. Every day in our flawed manner we work on mass in order to keep each other alive, deep down we know this to be true. Looking inward we can see the cells in our body function in the same way, but with a thousand times more efficiency. Each individual cell works together with every other without complaint, for the good of ‘The Whole’ once again such an inspirational example is completely over looked. Surely it must dent our well honed egos to know that a single cell is generally doing a far better job than us.
I’m sure we have all heard or quoted the phrase ‘No man is an Island’, even this it would seem is incorrect for no island is an island either, at its base it is quite clearly connected to every other land mass on the Planet. Even those that choose not to expand their brain beyond the superficial, are able to see how all of nature is interlinked, despite this we as humans still refuse to see ourselves as being any part of this. It is not going too far I believe to say we not only walk the Planet, we are part of the Planet and beyond that the universe. ‘We Are One’ is not some cool phrase, neither is it some hippy happy love notion, it is an obvious fact.
The one thing that gets in the way of us freely embracing our oneness is our ego. The ego works hard daily to maintain this status quo of separation, by bombarding us with the notions- we are special, better or deficient and unworthy. Exactly what the ego uses as its mantra depends on upbringing, events in childhood and insecurities. Why it does this is open for debate, the fact is the egos operating within us all, from a New York stock broker to a Buddhist monk. Many will proclaim they are egoless but by simply making such a statement they are proving of course they are not.
I believe that it is important to point out that "We Are One" does not require us to be all the same. We do not have to give up our individualities. It is our own unique skills which help to make ‘The Whole’ function. What ‘We Are One’ does require is that we start to focus on what we do and say, making sure it will be in the best interests of not only ourselves, but everyone else on the planet. We are all depending on everyone to do the right thing as much as humanly possible.
If this notion has been grasped and accepted we must not all sit and dwell on the past, on the lost opportunities, on the damage we’ve done to each other. We should derive comfort from the fact that we now understand the meaning "We Are One" and start helping everyone via our next thought and action.

All Angels Day Bury st Edmunds
We had a wonderful day In Bury yesterday at the Athenaeum, Angel Hill for the All angel day ‘A Celebration of Light’ MBS fair. It was the best one day fair we have ever done on many levels. Cosmo and the other organizers put on a great show, their commitment and hard work really paid off.
I really enjoyed giving a workshop on ‘Art for Contemplation’ and I was blessed to have some wonderful people who felt drawn to come a listen to me talk and view just a view of my works the 50 mins just flew by. Having a chance to talking about my journey and my art is always a honour .
I met so many great people and response to my work was so positive that i left the show on a amazing natural high. How grateful I am to be able to attend these show with my artwork.
A big thank to all who came to the show, I hope to see you all again very soon.

Venus has been seen by many cultures as the Bringer of Dawn/Light not to mention purity and love, Indeed for the Romans, Venus was the goddess of love (Aphrodite in Greece). This image for me is a depiction of the slow rise of the feminine angelic energy which is now needed if we are ever to accessed beyond our current state of being on this planet. For many thousands of years we have been captivated by base activities, even now we cling to our fear based views and actions, unwilling to release our grip on the illusion of material forms.
From my non dualistic perspective love and hate are two sides of the same coin but if we wish to extend our play within human form, now is the time to return to love. Does man stands on the edge of it’s demise or ascension? In truth from a universal perspective it is always both, we can play the game that our current form is all important to the universe but if we are honest we know we are simply a flash of energy in the great cosmic dance of life.
The flow of life.
I have become a great believer of being in the flow of life. By that I mean taking as often as possible the path of least resistance. This is not viewed as being a very sexy way to live because society prefers to believe everything in life is a fight, a struggle. Well it can be if you wish it to be but I can assure you that no matter if you struggle or you don’t your physical body will end up in exactly the same place.
All the things in my life that I have enjoyed or have taken me to where I wanted to go have happened at points of least resistance, when I have as they say ‘let go and god’. I, like many people, believed that I could wrestle life into the way I want it. I now can say hand on heart in 42 years this as never happened. Any time I have tried to force a situation it has back fired on me. In fact the more I do the less I achieve.
When you think about it, if you believe that you can control any part of this thing called life you really are being very delusional. Most people can’t even control their emotions for a whole day. Just think of all the things that are going on right now to keep you alive from your blood pumping to the spinning of the planet you have no control over any of it. No one has ever achieve anything without the intervention of unseen forces not to mention divine timing. Often situations we deem as unwanted end up taking us on a path that we would not or could not have discovered in any other way.
I have come to understand that all the things I want to happen are far more likely to when I just sit back and allow. It is the ultimate act of faith to just go with the flow and trust that some how, some way things will work out but I can tell you this in truth it is the only way to live.
Yes I still have ego driven rants but they pass and once they do I laugh for nothing good ever comes from them. If you have no clue what to do next if everything seems impossible then for you it probably is… now is the time to relax. Just wait and see what happens next. Sooner or later an idea or situation will arise that will make the impossible possible or at the very least liveable.
Life is a roller coaster hang on but no matter what happens enjoy the ride because it’s out of your hands.

Worth a look if you know nothing about the Course in Miracles, I have always enjoyed listening to the audio podcast of this program by Philip Urso hear it on itunes. I think it raises some good points… as they say take what resonates and leave the rest.
